Salary Range: $65.00 To $70.00 Hourly

The team at Okanagan Periodontics located in Kelowna, BC is looking for a passionate, hard‑working Registered Dental Hygienist on a permanent full‑time/temporary part‑time basis . We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist with experience in Periodontics, who is available to work Monday through Thursday from 8am to 4pm.

The ideal Registered Dental Hygienist for our team will be highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, as well as empower them in their commitment to positive oral health by developing treatment plans and home care routines tailored towards the patients’ needs. While experience providing periodontal maintenance in a periodontal clinic setting is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Okanagan Periodontics is a specialty dental practice with a focus on the prevention and management of periodontal diseases and conditions, with expertise in cosmetics, reconstruction, and dental implant surgery. Dr. Steven Faigan, and the Okanagan Periodontics team have been providing state‑of‑the‑art, premium periodontal and implant therapy since 1994.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Currently registered or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)

min 2year of experience is required

Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
