We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Applications Manager to join our agile team. The Business Applications Manager is responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting business applications across the company, while providing leadership, direction, and oversight to the Business Applications team. This role blends hands‑on technical work with people management and operational ownership, ensuring high standards of data integrity, user support, and process documentation. You will work closely with various departments, oversee ticket management, and help drive continuous improvement in business systems. It is crucial that our Business Applications Manager promotes a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee support for end user tickets related to new and existing business applications, ensuring timely resolution and quality service

Develop and deliver training for new and existing users on business applications, providing guidance and support as questions arise

Manage, mentor, and support Business Applications team members while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous development





Lead the setup and configuration of business applications, including licensing, permissions, and user access requirements

Maintain oversight of data entry standards, data hygiene, and system maintenance across ERP, CRM, and other business platforms

Create, review, and maintain process documentation and instructional materials to ensure they remain accurate, consistent, and user‑friendly

Plan, perform, and coordinate user acceptance testing to confirm systems meet business needs and functional requirements

Lead cross‑functional problem‑solving efforts to resolve business or systems issues and improve application performance

Partner with IT to ensure systems remain connected, compatible, secure, and aligned with business requirements

Provide leadership and support for system upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Manage vendor and developer relationships to support third‑party applications, issue resolution, customizations, and ongoing system improvements

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business applications, business analysis, systems support, or a related discipline

Proven experience managing, supervising, or mentoring team members in a business systems or applications environment

Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex information, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions

Excellent documentation and communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations,



and user‑facing materials

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related productivity tools

Experience supporting or managing ERP/CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, CRM, Jet Reports, Shop Floor Insights, Continia Expense Management, or Document Capture is an asset

Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments while effectively planning, organizing, prioritizing, and managing competing deadlines

Experience leading projects, system improvements, or implementation initiatives is considered an asset

Working knowledge of financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls is considered an asset

Salary Range For The Role: $90,000 - $120,000
The salary range provided in this posting is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location, as well as internal equity and budget considerations.
