The Rett Sydnrome Society of BC (RSSBC) is seeking volunteer photographers to help capture the heart of the community. Through your lens, you'll preserve meaningful moments of families connecting, learning, laughing, and supporting one another at RSSBC events.
Your photographs will be shared with participating families as cherished keepsakes and may also be used in RSSBC's awareness campaigns, website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials to help educate the public and grow support for the Rett syndrome community.
Most events take place throughout the Tri-Cities, with our signature annual family social held each September at Unwin Park in Surrey – an inclusive, fully accessible playground where individuals with Rett syndrome and their families can enjoy a day of connection, fun and belonging.
By volunteering your photography skills, you'll create lasting memories for families while helping RSSBC share powerful stories of hope, resilience, and community.
