Agnico Eagle is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for its Detour Lake Mine. Utilize your expertise in maintenance and prevent downtime with an organized work schedule.

As a member of the Mobile Maintenance Department, you will report directly to the Underground Maintenance Supervisor. This role is pivotal in maintaining underground heavy machinery through meticulous repairs and preventive measures while adhering to Agnico Eagle's core values and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on underground equipment
• Use specialized tools for diagnostics and repairs
• Repair powertrain and hydraulic systems in the field
• Document repair and maintenance processes accurately
• Keep the work area protected and organized

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification is beneficial
• Five years' experience in a production environment
• Familiarity with Epiroc and Sandvik equipment is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation
