In this position, you will assess and treat adults grappling with severe behavioral and mental health issues. You will lead in multidisciplinary planning, ensuring best practices are followed. The position also requires adaptability as you may be called to support various care areas based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs
• Implement collaborative treatment plans with team members
• Engage in life skills and recreation programming




• Facilitate supportive counseling sessions
• Work in multiple areas as directed by patient care demands

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS and CPR certifications
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health nursing policies
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
