Humber River Health is hiring a Clinical Dietitian focused on Maternal and Child Nutrition. This temporary full-time role emphasizes comprehensive nutrition care for neonatal patients and pediatric conditions, including advanced support for enteral and parenteral nutrition.

Since 2015, Humber River Health has embraced technology for outstanding patient care in Northwest Toronto. As part of the Maternal & Child team, you will perform nutrition assessments, implement care plans, and actively participate in the education of patients and healthcare providers. Team-oriented work with a diverse team will be key to addressing the nutritional complexities faced by young patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and create nutrition care plans for pediatric patients




• Implement interventions for feeding and nutritional disorders
• Engage with obstetrical clients on nutritional education
• Contribute to health education program development
• Supervise students and interns in clinical nutrition

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food and Nutrition
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• 2 years pediatric nutrition experience required
• Expertise in nutrition support practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
