As part of the Infrastructure and Platform Services team, you will utilize your extensive experience to manage AI platforms that support game development at EA. This role emphasizes understanding practitioner workflows to deliver impactful products. Collaborate with diverse teams, influence key decisions, and craft governance policies that ensure adherence to EA standards and empower developers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own comprehensive developer experience across AI Platform
• Balance diverse customer needs with product vision




• Collaborate on technical architecture and design strategies
• Set OKRs to align all stakeholders with shared goals
• Innovate AI offerings through user feedback and metrics

Requirements:
• 8+ years in product/program management, Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years in AI/ML infrastructure development
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud platforms
• Proven experience in integrating AI technologies
• Strong leadership abilities across diverse teams
