In this supervisory position, you'll report to the Operations Manager, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. You'll provide comprehensive coaching to operators and collection drivers while conducting operational improvements and inventory management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations among the team
• Enforce GFL’s safety and service adherence
• Engage with customers and assist in operational bidding
• Conduct safety assessments and training meetings
• Oversee compliance and incident reporting processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• At least three years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in waste management preferred
• Skilled in Microsoft Office software
• Solid analytical and communication abilities
