Utilizing your 3 to 5 years of estimating experience, you will create accurate bids while collaborating effectively with our proposals team and clients. Your role is critical in ensuring the sustainability and safety of community infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in the bid process
• Analyze labor, equipment, and materials pricing
• Precisely interpret and validate technical specifications




• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for pricing accuracy
• Build and maintain robust client and partner relationships

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in construction
• Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
• Proven skills in project collaboration and coordination
• Strong analytical skills for project expense evaluation
• Computer proficiency, especially in estimation applications
