HCR Permanent Search is hiring an Associate-level Manufacturing Engineer with a solid five years of experience in manufacturing, especially in injection molding environments. You will develop essential process documents, conduct training sessions, and ensure consistent application of FMEA and APQP methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Validate manufacturing processes before product launch
• Perform troubleshooting on equipment and apply 5Y and 8D methodologies
• Create and standardize work instructions for production staff




• Execute APQP tasks including developing Control Plans
• Train personnel on new processes and improvements

Requirements:
• Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least two years in a similar engineering role
• Degree or diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering
• Familiarity with FMEA, APQP, and process improvement techniques
• Six Sigma or Red X certification is a plus
