This role is ideal for accomplished leaders with a minimum of five years in restoration or construction management. Your focus will be on coordinating teams, managing resources effectively, and ensuring projects adhere to safety and quality standards. You will also provide mentorship and engage with clients to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the management of emergency operations and projects
• Oversee and maintain strict safety and quality standards
• Mentor and develop team supervisors for high performance




• Control budgets and resources across multiple projects
• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to address challenges

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in construction/restoration management
• 3+ years in a coaching leadership capacity
• In-depth knowledge of cost control and safety programs
• Robust communication and collaboration skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
