What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Fulfillment Officer, you'll be responsible for managing mortgage files from approval through funding while supporting our brokers and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing mortgage applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness

Collecting and analyzing income, down payment and financial documents

Preparing and submitting files to lenders

Managing lender conditions and obtaining outstanding documentation

Ordering appraisals and coordinating with third-party service providers

Communicating with clients, brokers, lenders, lawyers and underwriters throughout the mortgage process

Monitoring files to ensure deadlines and funding dates are met

Identifying issues early and proactively finding solutions

Maintaining accurate notes and file documentation within our CRM

What We're Looking For
Required

Minimum 1 year of mortgage fulfillment experience at a mortgage brokerage or lender

Strong understanding of the residential mortgage process





Exceptional organizational and time management skills

High attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize multiple files while meeting tight deadlines

Comfortable reviewing financial documents including income verification, bank statements and tax documents

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Legally eligible to work in Canada

Assets (Nice to Have)

Mortgage Agent Licence (Ontario) or eligibility to obtain one

Experience with Filogix, Velocity or other mortgage origination platformsFamiliarity with lender policies and underwriting guidelines

Previous experience working in a high-volume brokerage environment
