As a member of the Finance team reporting to the Senior Manager, you will oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage compliance with relevant regulations. You will lead month-end and year-end processes while providing guidance to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Your work will be integral to enhancing CDI's mission and sustaining its impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall accounting functions and reporting tasks
• Ensure compliance with fund accounting and grants




• Support annual audits and financial controls
• Provide leadership and training to the accounting team
• Drive process improvements within the finance department

Requirements:
• Progressive experience in accounting roles with a finance focus
• Background in nonprofit or fund-based accounting preferred
• Experience facilitating audits and compliance activities
• Leadership or coaching experience in finance
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
