With over five years of experience and a degree in Horticulture or Ecology, you will lead junior staff, ensuring they're equipped with necessary skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and install ornamental gardens
• Identify and control invasive species
• Implement ecological biodiversity strategies
• Mentor junior and seasonal staff in horticulture
• Conduct daily safety briefings as Competent Person
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in horticulture or ecological restoration
• Degree or diploma in Horticulture or related field
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR and WHMIS required
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
• Solid people skills and leadership capability
