As our Store Operations Lead, you’ll be a dependable presence on the floor and help keep the store running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move confidently between processing inventory, serving customers at the cash register, merchandising products, and supporting the rest of the team.

You won’t have the formal title of manager, but you’ll be trusted with greater responsibility and will help set the standard for how we work, serve our customers, and support one another.

What You’ll Do

- Process, sort, price, and prepare incoming merchandise
- Operate the cash register and create a friendly, positive customer experience
- Merchandise products so the store remains organized, appealing, and easy to shop
- Help prioritize daily tasks and keep the team moving during busy periods
- Lead by example through reliability, urgency, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Support and guide newer teammates as they learn our processes
- Identify problems, take initiative, and help find practical solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Communicate clearly with ownership and the rest of the team
- Step into different areas of the business wherever support is needed
