SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site retail store upgrades, remodels, refreshes, and merchandise relays .
- Manage both facilities projects (construction, fixtures, signage, MEP) and store technology deployments (POS, network, cabling, digital signage).
- Coordinate with Construction, Facilities, IT Infrastructure, Store Operations, Merchandising, and external vendors .
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to store operations.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management,



vendor management, and stakeholder communication .
- Require 5–7+ years of Project Management experience , preferably in retail store upgrade or infrastructure projects .
- PMP/CAPM certification and experience with IT infrastructure, POS systems, and retail environments are highly preferred.
