Enhance MNBC's internal audit capabilities as an Assistant Internal Auditor, focusing on compliance and risk management. Contribute to the improvement of internal controls and financial oversight processes.

This role within MNBC’s Internal Audit and Compliance Division is pivotal in ensuring effective governance and risk management practices. The Assistant Internal Auditor evaluates compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and financial practices. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will work on identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to safeguard resources and align with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document business risks and improvement opportunities
• Conduct process and internal control reviews




• Assess risk management across departments
• Prepare detailed audit reports for management
• Collaborate on identifying organizational enhancements

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum one year in a related role
• Knowledge of auditing standards and financial controls
• Robust analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Proficient in relevant software tools and communication
