Become a Fracturing Dispatch Qualified with Calfrac, managing logistics of personnel and equipment on a 7 on, 7 off schedule. Your expertise in dispatch operations will support service excellence in fracturing jobs.
In this role, you will work within the Fracturing Department, reporting to the Coordinator, Fracturing. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all employee and equipment needs are met efficiently. Effective communication and relationship-building skills will be key as you'll interface with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring compliance and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and manage employee and equipment needs
• Dispatch assignments and communicate operational requirements
• Foster effective relationships with clients and teams
• Review job programs for equipment readiness
• Monitor logistics and maintain safety compliance
Requirements:
• Preferred High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years in Fracturing service line
• Class 5 Drivers License required
• Experience in supervisory or dispatch roles preferred
• Proficiency in oilfield terminology and regulations
