In this role, you will assist the VP of Engineering by enhancing project oversight and quality management for marine operations. Your organizational and administrative skills will ensure effective execution of engineering projects while promoting compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support standardized quality management practices in engineering
• Facilitate project coordination and reporting for engineering initiatives
• Administer key internal programs and budget oversight
• Oversee maintenance plans for vessels and terminal facilities




• Contribute to engineering policy and governance frameworks

Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in marine engineering
• Proven experience in project management or technical projects
• Project Management or quality management certification preferred
• Strong proficiency with SharePoint and other Microsoft tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment
