Our client is seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Analyst to support maintenance and asset management operations in a complex, asset-intensive environment. This full-time, long-term contract role with an prospect to become full time permanent. This role focuses on translating operational demand into executable maintenance plans and optimized schedules to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective service delivery. The position offers a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop job plans for preventive, corrective, and capital maintenance activities.
Build and manage short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance schedules.
Analyze backlog health, schedule compliance, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve conflicts and optimize resources.
Embed safety and regulatory requirements into plans and support audits.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in engineering tech, maintenance management, or related field.
5+ years of maintenance planning & scheduling experience in asset-intensive environments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
