Company Description The New Waterford Collaborative Practice in New Waterford, Nova Scotia is searching for a family physician to join this robust and rewarding practice. The successful candidate will join five other Family Physicians, two Nurse Practitioners, as well as a Family Practice Nurse, Social Worker, and a part-time Dietitian.
Job Description Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness
work with other providers in the clinic to provide cross coverage and same day access




participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities
utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members
