Castillo HR Consulting Inc. is looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team. This is a full time, permanent hybrid position based in the Lower Mainland region. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to client sites (1–2 times per week).

The successful candidate will support a range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and policy administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices and supporting clients with day to day HR operations.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide HR support to employees and managers across multiple clients

Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation

Maintain HR files and ensure compliance with employment legislation

Support employee relations by responding to inquiries and concerns

Assist in performance review processes and policy updates

Coordinate training sessions and support internal HR projects





Prepare HR reports and assist with data tracking and metrics

Promote a positive and inclusive work culture across client sites

Assist the Payroll Specialist in ensuring payroll accuracy and timely processing

Support benefit administration, enrollments, and tracking eligibility

What You Will Bring

Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a consulting or multi client environment

Working knowledge of the BC Employment Standards Act (ESA) and related legislation

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field required

CHRP designation (or working toward it) preferred

Understanding of basic payroll processes and data accuracy requirements
