Transform mental health outcomes as a Full-Time Registered Nurse/Psychiatric Nurse. Deliver crisis intervention and ensure effective community support for youth and their families.

In this role, you'll work within a dedicated team to provide recovery-oriented care while supporting the transition from hospital to home. You will assess clients' needs, deliver crisis counseling, and coordinate referrals to essential community services. Your role is pivotal in improving access to mental health resources for children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaison with health care teams regarding patient discharge
• Deliver crisis intervention and assess client needs
• Refer clients to community-based treatment options




• Maintain thorough and accurate client records
• Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Current RN/RPN registration with nursing college
• Two years of experience in relevant mental health settings
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License with positive insurance
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and treatment protocols
• Strong counseling and organizational abilities
