Enhance patient care as a Clinical Pharmacist in an antimicrobial stewardship role. Engage in individual pharmacotherapy and collaborate with healthcare providers for therapeutic excellence.

This full-time opportunity allows you to work within the Abbotsford and Chilliwack hospitals, offering key contributions to both patient medication management and clinical pharmacy services. You'll be responsible for developing drug guidelines, mentoring new staff, and ensuring safe medication dispensing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor personalized therapeutic plans
• Consult on medication safety and clinical trials
• Participate in case study development for publication
• Ensure quality control and safety in dispensing




• Mentor pharmacy students and support departmental activities

Requirements:
• Registered Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of BC
• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency
• Expertise in clinical pharmacy and evaluations
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate pharmacy-related equipment
