As the Executive Assistant, you will engage in diverse tasks from managing correspondence to conducting research and organizing meetings. Mastering time management and prioritization, you'll take charge of scheduling and ensuring the smooth execution of company-wide projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and develop proposals for the COO

• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence




• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Proven experience in executive assistance or administration
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential
