Join Royal York Property Management as an experienced Appliance Repair Technician. Work independently, diagnose issues, and ensure repairs are made efficiently at residential properties. As a key part of our network, you'll travel to various rental properties to repair household appliances like washers, dryers, and refrigerators.

This role requires at least three years of qualified experience and the ability to manage appointments using our mobile work app competently. High standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service are essential to success. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair common household appliances
Service washers, dryers, refrigerators, and more
Complete repairs independently and efficiently
Test appliances to verify repair success
Document repair notes and update job statuses Requirements:
At least 3 years of appliance repair experience
Ability to work independently without supervision
Own reliable vehicle for travel
