Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee crop health to meet quality and readiness benchmarks
• Execute climate, irrigation, and fertility programs efficiently
• Monitor and address pest and disease management
• Direct and develop staff to achieve crop objectives




• Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and improvements

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in nursery or containerized crops
• Solid knowledge of IPM, fertigation, and climate control
• Ability to lead and prioritize within rapid-paced environments
• Solid ownership and quality maintenance focus
