Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining safety practices, managing construction quality, and supporting team members on-site. Your ability to build trusting relationships will be key in liaising with trades and suppliers throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:
Manage in office construction for recent home projects
Enforce safety practices according to Qualico’s standards
Build and sustain positive relationships with trades




Ensure work meets all building codes and quality standards
Compile progress reports and maintain schedules Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant construction experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with construction processes and codes
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
