Your responsibilities will include managing full-cycle payroll, ensuring compliance with CRA and provincial standards, and mentoring payroll team members. This role is essential for maintaining financial accuracy while supporting financial reporting and audits. Collaborate with Finance for timely resolutions and develop effective payroll processes. Key Responsibilities:
Process multi-divisional payroll accurately and timely
Perform payroll GL reconciliations and resolve issues
Administer union dues and benefit plan contributions
Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations
Support documentation for audits and internal reviews Requirements:
5+ years of senior payroll experience
3 years minimum in multi-provincial payroll
Robust experience in payroll GL functions
Expertise in ADP or other payroll systems
