Description
Full time position (30 to 40 hours per week). Salary is $20 per hour. Starts as soon as possible. Work is on-site at the caregiver's client home; work from home not available. Work setting: non-smoking. Accommodation on live-in basis available at no charge (not a condition of employment).

Tasks

Care for an elderly man with disability, including bedside and personal care.

Assist with bathing, personal hygiene, and regular exercise such as walking.

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Provide companionship.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Requirements

Security and safety: Criminal record check required.

Weight handling: Capability to handle up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Personal suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, initiative, organization, reliability.

Education: Secondary/high school graduation certificate.

Experience: Experience is an asset.

Languages: English.
