Mako is looking for an Entry-Level QA Specialist to join its remote team. You'll focus on software testing and handbook QA best practices to support client satisfaction. In this role, you'll report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and work alongside the Solutions Engineering and Product teams.

Your responsibilities will include regression testing, defect tracking, and developing test plans to ensure all system changes meet client expectations. You’ll also drive improvements in QA processes to enhance software quality. Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough regression testing on application releases
Interact with cross-functional teams to assess updates
Develop and implement comprehensive Test Plans
Identify defects and report results accurately
Recommend best practices for QA methodologies Requirements:
Degree in computer science, math, or related area
Basic understanding of software testing lifecycle
Familiarity with testing web apps on various browsers
Solid communication and organizational skills
