About the Opportunity The Strategic Initiatives Sr. provides operational and analytical support to Dayforce's M&A; Integration and Business Integration team, supporting KPI tracking, deal reporting, and program operations across an active portfolio of M&A;, transformation, and Long Range Plan (LRP) initiatives.

This role is the connective tissue of the team, helping maintain the data and dashboards that leadership relies on, coordinating across functions to keep workstreams moving, and translating detailed tracking into clear, digestible updates for stakeholders at every level.

This is an execution-focused, high-visibility role well suited to someone who wants to build a career in M&A; integration or enterprise transformation. You will work closely with senior integration leaders, gaining exposure to live deals, executive reporting, and cross-functional problem-solving, with a clear growth path toward greater ownership of integration workstreams over time.

What You'll Get to Do Support the ongoing tracking, validation, and maintenance of KPI frameworks and performance metrics across the M&A; and transformation portfolio, helping ensure data is accurate, current, and audit-ready.

Help prepare and distribute bi-weekly and monthly reporting for active deals and initiatives, consolidating inputs from multiple workstreams into clear, consistent formats for leadership review.

Provide day-to-day operational support to the M&A; and Business Integration team, including maintaining trackers, RAID logs, action item lists, and integration workplans.

Help build and maintain reporting dashboards,



status decks, and executive-ready summaries that make complex, multi-workstream information easy to understand at a glance.

Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Technology, and Operations to gather updates, resolve data gaps, and keep reporting cycles on schedule.

Support the planning and execution of governance meetings, steering committee updates, and workstream check-ins, including agenda preparation and follow-up tracking.

Help identify opportunities to simplify and standardize recurring reporting and tracking processes, reducing manual effort and improving consistency across deals.

Conduct ad hoc data pulls and analysis to answer leadership questions and support decision-making on active integration and transformation initiatives.

Skills and Experience We Value Three to five years of professional experience, ideally including exposure to project coordination, financial or operational reporting, program management, or business operations.

Demonstrated interest in building a career in M&A; integration, enterprise transformation, or corporate strategy.

Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build clean, accurate trackers,



dashboards, and reporting decks.

Comfortable working with data, including pulling, validating, and organizing information from multiple sources into a single reliable source of truth.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions, gather input, resolve gaps, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned without formal authority.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Ability to simplify complex information and distill detailed tracking and analysis into clear takeaways for a variety of audiences.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
