You will play a key role in the Business Development & Marketing team, collaborating with senior leadership and subject matter experts.

Your expertise will focus on creating tailored proposals emphasizing Buttcon's value across various delivery models, including Construction Management and Design-Build. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate large, multi-stakeholder proposal efforts
- Define roles through proposal kick-off meetings
- Guide story arcs and ensure persuasive content
- Maintain proposal library and elevate content quality
- Participate in lessons learned for future pursuits Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proposal writing experience in AEC
- Strong editing, compliance-checking, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe tools
- Familiarity with RFP processes and content management
