Position Summary

As a Student Admissions Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students and play a key role in their enrollment journey. You'll provide guidance on our programs, conduct admissions interviews, and help students make informed decisions about their future.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role that requires initiative, resilience, and excellent communication skills. Success comes from building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and working toward annual performance targets while maintaining a student-first, ethical approach to recruitment.

What You'll Do

- Guide prospective students through the admissions process with professionalism and care.
- Conduct virtual and in-person admissions interviews.
- Build relationships through outbound and inbound communications, recognizing that meaningful connections often require persistence.
- Recruit qualified applicants while following policies and best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.




- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment campaigns and enrollment initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, recruitment, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in admissions, education, customer service, or a high-volume contact environment is an asset.
- Post-secondary education preferred; Bachelor's degree considered an asset.

Benefits:

Base Salary: $50,000

Earning potential: $80,000+

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
