Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Student Engagement and Program Development Coordinator to energize our educational initiatives and foster meaningful connections with students. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and promotion of creative programs that inspire student participation and enhance their learning experiences. Duties

- Develop, coordinate, and execute engaging student programs that align with institutional goals and student interests.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student organizations to create inclusive activities that promote participation across diverse groups.
- Promote programs through various channels including social media, campus events, and outreach initiatives to maximize visibility and attendance.
- Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve program offerings and ensure they meet student needs.
- Manage program logistics such as scheduling, resource allocation,



and volunteer coordination to ensure smooth execution.
- Track participation metrics and prepare reports to evaluate program success and inform future planning.
