✨ Position: Stuffy Rider Attendant

Part-Time / Casual Weekdays / Weekends

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional client service to children, parents, and mall visitors
- Handle rental transactions, returns, and customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean, protected, and fun environment
- Clean and sanitize the Stuffy Rider animals between uses
- Ensure the booth/storefront is tidy, organized, and inviting at all times

We're looking for someone who's:

- Outgoing friendly, approachable, and great with kids and families
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

Stuffy Rider Attendant – Requirements

- Minimum age:



16+ (18+ preferred for handling payments and closing responsibilities)
- Criminal Record Checks with Vulnerable Section
- Availability: Must be available to work mall hours
- Customer service skills: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working with children and families
- Retail Experience: Must be able to handle till transactions
- Physical ability: Able to stand for extended periods, walk animals back and forth, and perform light cleaning duties
- Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to follow procedures consistently
- Technology skills: Comfortable using a point-of-sale (POS) system or iPad/tablet for rentals and returns
- Teamwork: Able to work independently when alone and collaboratively when working with another attendant

Pay: $18.25 per hour
