Responsibilities

- Perform professional sugaring hair removal treatments with precision, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
- Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, explain procedures, and recommend suitable services
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures and products to promote optimal results and ongoing skin health




- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement sugaring treatments
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

- Prior experience in body waxing or similar hair removal techniques is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to connect with clients and enhance their experience
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a beauty or wellness setting
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during treatments
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare
