Be a part of SOURCES in Prince George as a Behaviour Interventionist, specializing in providing direct support to children with developmental disorders. This role involves working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst.

SOURCES is hiring casual Behaviour Interventionists for multiple positions, offering up to 20 hours of work each week. You will develop and implement individualized teaching methods for children with autism, ensuring each child's progress is monitored through effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted teaching to children with autism
• Collaborate with Behaviour Consultants for intervention success
• Maintain accurate records of client progress




• Create and apply positive behaviour strategies
• Prepare session notes and keep client files organized

Requirements:
• High school diploma with preferred post-secondary education
• Previous experience with children and behaviour management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Minimum availability of 12 hours weekly
• Transparent criminal record check required
