Overview
Job Type: 14 month contract to start. (Possibility to be permanent)

Job Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 / Year. (Flexibility depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for employees ensuring all checks and balances are completed

Review deductions to ensure accuracy and remittances are made as scheduled

Calculate overtime and General Holiday pay

Audit system time entries and timecard corrections for accuracy before posting

Compile payroll data such as garnishments, advantages, vacation time, sick pay, insurance, and other deductions

Assist with year-end processing

Issue Records of Employment as required

Maintain accurate records of new hires and terminations

Address payroll related queries and requests from employees

Create required internal payroll management reports

Assess current processes and recommend system and process improvements

Stay current with payroll regulations, standards, and work methods

Qualifications

5+ years in full-cycle payroll

PCP or PCP is progress

Larger ERP systems, ideally Vista by Viewpoint

Proficiency with excel (vlookups and pivots)
