Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Execution
Support end-to-end change management activities from initiation through implementation and sustainment.
Apply change management methodologies and general management practices across initiatives of varying size and complexity.
Analyze the scope and impact of change across people, processes, technology, financials, and risk dimensions.
Monitor change adoption and effectiveness, addressing issues as they arise.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups.
Engage leaders and stakeholders to build understanding, alignment, and commitment to change initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
Identify resistance and develop mitigation plans through targeted communications and training.
Analysis & Problem Solving
Break down complex business problems and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
Identify emerging issues and trends to support informed decision-making.
Exercise sound judgment to diagnose and resolve non-routine issues within established guidelines.
Communication & Enablement
Develop and execute change communications plans, including audience analysis, key messaging, channel selection, and timing.
Provide guidance to business partners on change implementation strategies tailored to the complexity of the change workplace.
Qualifications
1–2 years of relevant experience in change management
Ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices across the project lifecycle
Exposure to or knowledge of risk management concepts
Prior experience within a financial institution (Top 5 bank preferred)
Strong foundational knowledge gained through post-secondary education and relevant business experience
