Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily maintenance tasks and complete schedules
• Assist with plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
• Maintain resort grounds, including snow removal and lawn care

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Experience operating Bobcat and skid steer
• Communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work independently
