Job Title Apprentice Heavy Equipment Tech
Pay: $25 - $45 Per Hour
Job Type We are seeking Apprentice Technicians to join our team! We will consider all levels from 1st-4th! If you are a hard working, self driven person that is looking to expand your knowledge and grow. We offer a lot of diversity in what we do and have a fast paced environment!
Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on heavy equipment (Mostly on highway)
Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Document all repairs and maintenance performed on customer equipment
Maintain a strong commitment to safety by following all company safety protocols
Requirements Registered Alberta Apprentice
Minimum 1 years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to work as a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) without assistance
Valid driver's license
Shift Schedule full-time
8AM-5PM Monday-Friday
Overtime will be expected to finish time sensitive tasks if needed
Shift Schedule Full Time
40 hours per week
