In this full-time role, the Engagement and Wellness Coordinator connects with students, cultivates a sense of belonging, and promotes participation in Jewish campus life. You will proactively address emerging student needs, design wellness initiatives, and provide mentorship while navigating resources effectively. Playing a vital role in student success is key to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build meaningful relationships with students and engage them effectively
• Design and implement wellness-related events and activities
• Identify trends in student interests to create engagement opportunities




• Support wellness initiatives that promote resilience and life skills
• Manage confidential student records and provide crisis support

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years experience in community organizations or social services
• Experience working with college-age students
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to advocate for students and support a diverse community
