Key Responsibilities:
• Field calls and voicemails during shifts
• Complete warm intakes and case record documentation
• Deliver information about clinical trials and support resources
• Follow up by sending resource packages via email
• Attend monthly virtual debrief and support sessions
Requirements:
• Dedication to helping individuals facing difficulties
• Background in healthcare, social work, or counseling preferred
• Students in health-related fields encouraged to apply
• Personal experience with pancreatic cancer valued
• Fulfill a comprehensive 38-hour training commitment
