A growing organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role offers strong exposure to data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and complex financial analysis, making it ideal for professionals with a background in finance, accounting, or analytics.

About the Role
Reporting into a senior finance leader, this position is responsible for supporting financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities tied to compensation and broader business performance. The role focuses on data integrity, insights generation, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support key financial decisions.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and analyze recurring financial reports to support business decision-making

Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

Partner with internal teams to support payroll-related analysis and financial reporting impacts

Assist with audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers

Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate outcomes and support strategic initiatives





Analyze large datasets to provide insights on cost structures, incentives, and performance metrics

Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency

What You Bring

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role

Strong technical skills, including advanced spreadsheet capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)

Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders

Experience with financial modeling or forecasting is an asset

Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is an asset
