Job Overview Our client is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support project cost control, forecasting, reporting, earned value management, and change management activities for major projects.
Level 2 Must Haves 3+ years of experience in construction or project controls
Experience developing a project control plan. Develop project estimate, control budget, and WBS structure
Experience tracking and monitoring forecast to completion, incurred cost, and budget. Provide variance analysis and explanation
Experience using Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Office products specifically Excel
Post-secondary education in engineering or construction
Nice To Have Experience working on solar or other renewable energy projects
Level 4 Must Haves Project Management Skilled credential (PMP)
10+ years of experience in project controls
Experience leading and coordinating the development of project control plans
Experience developing project estimates, control budget, and WBS structure
Experience implementing Earned Value Management. Ensure accurate CPI and Earned Value curve are reported
Experience implementing change management. Initiate PCOs,



trends, and AFE revisions. Support on the supplemental funding request
Experience using Ecosys, Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Office products specifically Excel
Post-secondary education in engineering or construction
Responsibilities Develop project control plan, estimate, control budget, and WBS structure
Track and monitor forecast to completion, incurred cost, and budget. Provide variance analysis and explanation
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure engagement with project progress, changes, highlights, and issues. Communicate status and issues with the execution and construction team
Proactively report cost status and efficiently communicate any risk and mitigation plan
Update actual progress, project milestones, and completion dates
Implement Earned Value Management. Ensure accurate CPI and Earned Value curve are reported
Implement change management. Initiate PCOs, trends, and AFE revisions. Support on the supplemental funding request
