As an LPN in the Long Term Care Nursing Unit, you will promote health and offer essential education to residents and their families. Candidates should have a Practical Nursing diploma and either be registered or eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS). Skills in communication and leadership are essential in meeting diverse patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate health and healing education for residents
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
• Operate independently as necessary to ensure best care




• Maintain accurate documentation using computer skills
• Foster a caring environment for clients and families

Requirements:
• Must possess a Practical Nursing diploma
• Licensed Practical Nurse credentials required
• Solid communication and leadership skills necessary
• Versatile availability for shifts on days, nights, and weekends
• Driver's license where applicable
