Coordinate client care with the interprofessional team
Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
Utilize motivational interviewing techniques for individualized care
Establish therapeutic relationships to support client self-care
Document care plans and client responses according to standards Requirements:
Graduation from an approved nursing program
Two years’ experience in mental health or concurrent disorders
Current registration with BCCNM
Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
