Elevate efficiency and reduce costs as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Wonderbrands in Etobicoke, ON. This role will focus on driving impactful improvement projects within the quick-paced food manufacturing sector. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Leader, you will take charge of various continuous improvement initiatives.

Your expertise in data-driven problem solving and team collaboration will be crucial in fostering a culture of efficiency among operations. This position also requires flexibility to work across multiple facilities as needed. Key Responsibilities:
Implement standard work and communication boards
Conduct daily leadership assessments on the production floor
Analyze performance data for process and cost improvements
Share site performance metrics with Bakery leadership
Lead Continuous Improvement project teams Requirements:
Post-Secondary education in Engineering
Training in Lean Six Sigma is preferred
Experience in food manufacturing is an asset
Robust analytical and communication skills
