Our client is a boutique real estate development and property management company with a long-standing presence in British Columbia. The company manages a unique portfolio of privately owned commercial assets, including retail marketplaces, mixed-use destinations and placemaking-focused properties.

They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their North Vancouver team. As the properties are primarily owner-managed, this position offers greater involvement in decision-making, property strategy and the long-term success of the portfolio.

Your current role

Reporting to the Director of Property Management, you will provide leadership and day-to-day oversight across a diverse commercial portfolio located throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

You will lead property operations, administration, financial management, leasing and tenant relations while working closely with the facilities, marketing, events and executive teams.



You will maintain a visible presence across the portfolio through regular property inspections and meetings with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include
Overseeing property operations, maintenance programs and service contracts
Preparing annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans
Reviewing financial statements, accounts receivable, invoices and budget variances
Coordinating capital projects, tenant improvements and landlord work
Leading leasing initiatives and working with external leasing brokers
Reviewing offers, leases, renewals, assignments and other lease documentation
Building solid relationships with tenants, contractors and community stakeholders
Overseeing occupational health and safety programs
Leading and supporting the Property Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor and wider property team
Providing regular operational and fina
